In this modern comedy, a couple's break-up will complicate all of their friends' lives and make everyone question their choices.

Dave (Zachary Knighton, TV's Flashforward) finds fulfillment manning a food truck after losing his hot fiancé, Alex (Elisha Cuthbert, TV's 24), at the altar. Alex's type-A sister, Jane (Eliza Coupe, TV's Future Man), is almost happily married to horn-dog Brad (Damon Wayans Jr., TV's New Girl). Dave's roommate, Max (Adam Pally, TV's The Mindy Project), is a gay, sports-loving slob, and Penny (Casey Wilson, TV's Saturday Night Live) is on the prowl for a good man...or men.

Recently disbarred lawyer Jeff Winger enrolls to get a legit degree the quickest and easiest way possible, but when he starts a fake Spanish study group solely for the purpose of hooking up with a sexy classmate, he doesn't expect to be joined by a random group of misfit fellow students. Over the course of the next 6 years, this group finds themselves involved in epic paintball battles, chicken finger conspiracies, sci-fi conventions, campus-wide pillow wars and everything in-between. In the process, they become so much more than just a study group . they become a family.
