Roots, Rock, Reggae: Live at the Hammersmith Oden is a stunning, previously unreleased live album from Bob�Marley, recorded over several nights during the Wailers� residency at London's prestigious Hammersmith Odeon in�June 1976, during their Rastaman Vibration tour. Booking the venue was an audacious move, but Bob had�newfound stardom from the U.K. chart success of �No Woman, No Cry,� and an ecstatic crowd packed the place.�Highlights include a transcendent title song, a rarely performed �Bend Down Low,� an extended version of �Crazy�Baldhead,� and a 30-minute encore that incorporates a 12-minute �Get Up, Stand Up.� New liner notes by Marley�associate Don Letts bring an eyewitness account to the experience.

THE MENZINGERS have always created as a four-headed unit, with all members (vocalist/guitarist Greg Barnett, vocalist/guitarist Tom May, bassist Eric Keen, drummer Joe Godino) throwing in their respective talents as part of the craft�but for Everything I Ever Saw, the group worked in creative symbiosis more than ever before. �The way we made this record feels the most like how the band was in the very beginning: Me and Tom coming to the band with the most basic element of a song, and the four of us shaping that,� Barnett says.

Instrumental in building that excitement was locally centered and nationally renowned production legend Will Yip, who threw in with the Menzingers on 2017�s After the Party and their sonically expansive 2019 record Hello Exile. This time around, Yip once again became an unofficial Menzinger while the band crafted these 11 songs in their South Philly space. �Working with Will was like a homecoming,� May beams while talking about Yip�s contributions. �We�ve grown up together over these years, and we�re still incredibly close friends. He�s the best at gassing you up and making sure everybody�s on the right page, but he�s also so good at pointing out stuff that might not fit the vision without being a fucking prick. He�s the hardest working person that we�ve come across in the music industry, and he�s incredibly inspiring.�

PHOEBE BRIDGERS is a singer-songwriter from Pasadena, CA.�Beloved in equal measure for her deceptively subtle voice and�her meticulous, incisive lyrics, her solo records�Stranger in the�Alps�(2017) and�Punisher�(2020) have been accompanied by a�number of collaborations, including the supergroup boygenius,�with whom Bridgers won three Grammys for 2023�s�the record.�Her songs are hallmarked by a kind of intimacy that�s�hard-found in contemporary music, and scale between the�macro and the micro with an ease that�s matched only by her�towering, prodigious way with words.

beabadoobee returns with her 4th studio album Pylon.

Written on the road whilst supporting the acclaimed and chart topping This Is How Tomorrow Moves and crafted with collaborators including Hayley Williams, Turnstile's Brendan Yates, Chino Moreno of Deftones and Pinegrove's Evan Stephens Hall, Pylon touches on classic grunge, midwest emo and 90s radio rock, zeroing in on a sound that is both more intense and more direct than any of her previous records.

Hailing between the South Borderlands of Texas and the orange groves of Southern California, Nashville-based Alicia Blue writes country songs rooted in desire, consequence, and control. The daughter of a truck driver and a bank teller, her voice carries a blue-collar directness shaped as much by mariachi and rancheras as by classic country.

She doesn�t look away from her past�she instead draws from it, pulls back the bow, and aims straight through. What she hits feels inevitable. The landing place lives somewhere between the outlaw gravity of Waylon, the high-lonesome clarity of Dolly, the ache of Emmylou, and the poetic nerve of Lucinda Williams and Bob Dylan�but it never feels borrowed. It feels claimed�hard and undeniable.

Alicia Blue arrives with a debut that already sounds lived-in, hard-won, and mythic. Country Desire isn�t an introduction so much as a statement of existence�a blue-collar epic lit by something restless and cosmic. From �Draggin� a Broken Heart� to �Waitress Blues� to �Mama I�m Writing,� she stands not above the listener but beside them�down in the dirt, eyes on the sky�finding language for the kind of longing most people spend their lives trying to outrun.

Diamonds is the second in a series of albums featuring unknown recordings by Waylon Jennings that his son Shooter Jennings recently unearthed. Compared to Songbird, it�s a higher energy album, a �younger man�s� album, where the tracks all share stories about the rollercoaster of relationships and unrequited love.

Shooter shared the first installment of newly uncovered songs last year with Songbird, which was met by widespread acclaim from such publications as NY Times, the Tennessean, Rolling Stone, Consequence of Sound, Billboard, Stereogum, Variety, American Songwriter, Parade, Whiskey Riff, Holler Country and many more.

For as much as Waterparks is a genre-busting collective of three friends who play music, hang out, and constantly flip the script, Waterparks really represents a bigger, dare we say, movement. The Houston trio - Awsten Knight [vocals, guitar], Otto Wood [drums], and Geoff Wigington [guitar] - have unassumingly brought vibrancy back to rock. On their latest album, �JINX� releasing July 24th, 2026 via BMG, they bring their music to the next level and beyond featuring genre-eclipsing tracks like "RED GUITAR", "ANY MINUTE NOW", "PROWLER" and "TELL ME WHY"

Frozen Charlotte - the 7th studio album from Jack White shows the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer at his best; backed by an incredible band (Patrick Keeler on drums, Dominic Davis on bass, Bobby Emmett on keys) whose collective hand is scorching hot after coming off a tour of universally-acclaimed performances. Instead of resting on a �job well done�, they went straight to work in the studio and laid down what became Frozen Charlotte.

Recorded in White's Third Man Studio in Nashville, this album shows Jack carrying on the same raucous, raw, and frenetic energy from his lauded 2024 album, No Name. 13 tracks of distinct feel and tone, Frozen Charlotte is an intense rock and roll punch with never far behind blues underpinnings� all of which fits right at home with long time fans while leaving an inviting open door to
newcomers alike.�

A large portion of the record was created at Neil Young�s legendary Broken Arrow Ranch studio in Woodside, California � an environment Green describes as deeply immersive and creatively transformative. A pivotal track to emerge from these Ranch sessions was the enchanting �Fire on the Water�, featuring Arooj Aftab, who travelled down from her NYC base to record what became a breakthrough moment during the album�s creation. Evolving, almost accidentally, from a rough acoustic guitar loop recorded while Green was testing studio inputs one morning. Elsewhere, tracks like �Drift� and �Me and You� perfectly encapsulate the album�s club-focussed leanings, with both quickly emerging as firm fan favorites in Green�s recent DJ sets.

Buried within the �Distance in Static� universe, there is also a sense that this record � and particularly the accompanying live tour � marks something quite monumental, too. It�s a moment of transition, a celebration of Bonobo�s 25 years, but also, perhaps his last record in the traditional sense: complete with expansive guest features and a multi-year full live-band world tour.

Ask Mitski Miyawaki about happiness and she'll warn you: �Happiness fucks you.� It's a lesson that's been writ large into her gritty, outsider songwriting for years, but never so powerfully as on her 2016 album, Puberty 2. �Happiness is up, sadness is down, but one's almost more destructive than the other,� she says. �When you realize you can't have one without the other, it's possible to spend periods of happiness just waiting for that other wave.� On Puberty 2, that tension is palpable: a beautiful and brutal romantic hinterland, in which one of modern music�s defining voices came fully into focus.

Michigander � the acclaimed indie rock project led by Nashville-based singer-songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Jason Singer � has announced his sophomore album Over Before You Know It, out Friday, July 31 2026 via Totally Normal Records / Thirty Tigers.

Jason Singer thought his 2025 full-length debut as Michigander would change everything about his life and work. During the prior decade, after all, Singer had cobbled together the start of a successful career as an incisive and infectious songwriter from the stuff the music industry considers scraps�a half-dozen singles and a quartet of EPs, collectively suggesting he was one of indie rock�s sharpest new tunesmiths. The debut album Michigander felt only like the upper lip of the plateau Singer had been climbing for a decade already. So what, he wondered, was he supposed to do now? The answer that came back was obvious: Keep writing.
�
'Over Before You Know' It is the magnetic and relatable result of that work and the broad but detailed view from the top of that plateau. Across 10 songs written and recorded quickly with a crew of close friends at home in Nashville, Singer mixes self-criticism with music industry sendups, sad-eyed contemplations with unguarded love songs, offering up the things that almost stopped him and those that now keep him going with a rare admixture of candor and catchiness. This, it turns out, is the level up.

Above all, it is all a vehicle for Singer to think about becoming the person he still wants to be, for being grateful enough for what he already has to keep going. To be there is to be human. It�s not necessarily about being content but at least about not breaking your back or brain over the things you have yet to accomplish. Sure, it�s over before you know it. But it�s over a lot faster, Singer has now realized, if you don�t take time to enjoy whatever it actually is.

Massive Attack and Tom Waits release a new collaboration �Boots on the Ground�, with an exclusive to vinyl B-side provided by Waits � a droll and sardonic spoken word piece entitled �The Fly�.

An accompanying evocative, high-intensity montage film created by Massive Attack portrays a momentous American epoch that is yet to be named, and comes in the aftermath of the largest public protests in American history - focused on opposition to ICE raids, the militarization of domestic forces, and state authoritarianism.
"One day many years ago I accepted an invitation from Massive Attack to collaborate,� Tom Waits explains. �Today, as in all of mankind's yesterdays, guarantees this song will never go out of style. Man's fiasco folly is a feast for the flies. Hence, the B-side of Massive Attack�s upcoming 12 inch "The Fly" features my appreciation for the winged nuisance."

In keeping with the band's sector leading efforts to reduce carbon emissions across both live activity and recorded output, Massive Attack have partnered with Good Neighbor to produce an �EcoSonic� pressing. Manufactured using 100% recycled PET (rPET) rather than traditional PVC, the record is fully recyclable and produced via an energy-efficient injection moulding process - a significant shift in record manufacturing. Packaging follows the same approach, with sleeves made from 100% recycled, FSC�-certified paper stock and outer slipcases produced from recycled polyethylene.
